Ack — Days like these suck.
Why does life have to go to extremes so regularily? Yesterday was so much fun… Deetria even made it over last night. We laughed our asses off on videophone with Chris is Texas. Ed, being his usual self, bonded with Chris as well… Ed’s such a goofball 
LOL.
And today, it’s the other extreme. I decided after much thought, that I would put my upcoming events with my new company on hold until I build more momentum in other marketing avenues. It’s very dissapointing to see something come so close to being a success, and just not get enough interest. It’s not over… but I certainly need time to figure out what to do next to get the support and participation level that’s necessary. Hopefully, I’ll have that momentum by the end of summer, and we can be back on track for our events by fall.
Sigh. I felt like crying after making that choice, but I also know it was the right one. My focus, in the meantime, will be back on my mainstay… interactive media. I’m great at it, and it’s so easy to be successful with this business.
Onward and upward. Life goes on, and I shall go along with it (using smile therapy along the way).
