I’ve been trying, unsuccessfully, for almost four hours to get a Canon scanner installed and somehow, somewhere, in the registry I’ve missed a key that is still sitting there pointing back to an HP scanner that I haven’t had in almost a year. I’ve searched EVERYTHING. It still keeps pointing back to a twain device that isn’t present, instead of this stupid Canon scanner that is sitting on my desk. Anyone that knows me, knows that I can overcome almost any computer issue. This one has pissed me off. Nice. Thanks HP. You guys suck.
At least Vern is bringing me home a chocolate bar. That’s all I have to say right now.

Awww… glad someone can commiserate. I’m off to buy a freekin HP Scanner so that I can finish off my work without struggling with this TWAIN issue.
