:) Tres cool date last night!
{cue applause} Yay!!! I met a very cool guy last night — I’d been looking forward to this date for days, actually… Which, as you know is so totally unlike me when it comes to first dates. We met at a local pub, had a couple of beers and chicken fingers, and yacked for 2.5 hours. The only reason I ended the date when I did was that I was incredibly sick with a very bad cold and the Contact C was starting to wear off.
I’m looking forward to another date tomorrow night with him. In fact, I’m so confident about this guy, that I’ve removed my profile from Match.com today! (I really hope I’m not going to jinx this situation by talking about it so much, but I’m just so thrilled to have met someone that I really, really enjoyed the company of for a change.) I’ll keep the blog posted for how things go — Maybe Santa did listen when I secretly asked him for a special guy in my life for Christmas?? Who knows… We’ll see!
Yes, I know — I’ve been deliquent writing in my blog lately. I just was tired of not having enough positive things going on in my life to talk about besides work stuff, so, I decided to hold off until there was something exciting to refer to.
My re-design of the site is underway! I’m looking forward to finishing it off, so that I can roll it out! These past few days have seen me in bed very early due to this bad cold, so it’ll likely be next week before I get that done.
Hope everyone’s holiday season is going extremely well! Ho! Ho! Ho!
