There’s nothing better than…

…whipping the one you care about on Valentines Day.

haha… Okay, of course I’m just kidding — It was something I heard Jeremy joke about last night when he caught up to Jenn and I at Zigz. J and I are heading to fetish night at SinCity on Valentines Day! So, we were joking about the connotation of taking me to my first fetish night on that particular day. We all had a good laugh over that one!

I’m so glad that Jenn and I caught up last night. It’s too rarely that we get together for a chick-chat and a glass of our favourite beverage (Red wine for me of course, and I think Jenn was drinking Vodka and Diet last night). I suggested we make our visits a more regular occurance… And we’re both going to try to make it on Thursday nights. I don’t know what it is about me, but I love to have scheduled things to look forward to each week. Yes, yes — I love spontaneous adventures as well, but it’s also fun to get a group or even just the two of us together for some upbeat conversation.

Something kind of funny is coming up on Monday evening… Let’s put it this way — I rarely pass an opportunity by to let someone know what I do for a living — That’s how I market my talents. It almost always pays off! Last night I got a call from a guy that was, at one point months ago, a potential date that I’d met through Match.com but we never ended up syncing up our schedule to actually meet. He called me up last night because he needs a web developer! Of course, he knew what I did for a living… and immediately thought of me for his upcoming project. Cool, I say! I’m meeting him for appies on Monday night to discuss details…

I wonder how my Dad is doing? I write this here, because I know he reads this blog, and he just got back from a cruise and I want to hear all about the details! Hey, yo, Dad… Call me! ((giggle))

Looks like Jeremy and I are heading out to “Monster” tonight — I hear Charlize Theron did an amazing job with the role, so it should be a compelling movie. Let’s hope it lives up to my expectations, and Rotten Tomatoes overall score as well.
