Chipped tooth, and all!
You know… I’m having a good day today. Even my aching mouth from chipping my tooth (AGAIN!!) isn’t putting a damper on my mood. The question is, am I in a great mood because I had an awesome date with a really fun guy last night, or just because today’s Monday, and I had to get up early for work.
You be the judge.
Last night, I had only intended to share a quick glass of wine with the guy that I’d been getting to know for the last week and a bit on email… That quick glass of wine turned into sharing a bottle, and enjoying an awesome dinner as well.
It turns out he’s as into world domination as I am. Go figure! He loves history, and architecture… And is a dual citizen like myself. It’s actually almost freeky how many silly coincidences we’ve realized over the course of several emails and our three and a half hour date last night.
Okay, so it might sound like I’m over-enthusiastic about this guy, but, this chick’s not rushing into anything, don’t worry. That said, I do look forward to seeing him again. He makes me laugh… Alot. I got the distinct impression that he enjoyed my company as well.
So, there you have it. Chipped tooth and all, Tanya’s a happy chick today.
I was going to talk about another date I had recently, but I don’t even want to think about it, it was that bad. Granted, I think I still owe Todd, Diane, and Vern an apology for making them endure a very ODD guy. Oh well — It’ll make a good story one day when it’s not quite so fresh in my mind!

Hey congrats on the good date! See, there’s decent guys out there. As Yoda once said “patience…” Good to hear that he shares your interests, that’s always a plus.
Thanks to you and Dee for an awesome Friday night, I had a blast even though I did start to crash at 1 am. I guess I still wasn’t over my JetLag. We’ll have to do that again, and I promise I’ll sleep in so I can stay the course.

And yes, people were complaining about the Blue and Gold clashing on the Blog. It was not a good colour combo for the visual uninpaired. But I will add some colour to it later on.

Great glad you had a good date…and yes that guy was a freak and really that is a nice way to put it. Oh well you have to kiss alot of fogs until you meet your prince…. You go girl!!!!
