Okay, ya — That’s a party!
Holy crap!!!!! The last person just filed out of my place, and I must say, I don’t think I’ve ever hosted a party quite that big before. It seemed that everyone had a great time, and believe it or not, we’ve just pulled everything into the house as it *just* started raining a few minutes ago. I can’t believe our luck, really!
Taken early in the evening.
I’m guessing, and I might be totally off, but I counted about 140 throughout the night through our place. The heaters made it perfectly acceptable to hang out outside, and all three of us had friends come in that were able to mingle easily with everyone else… I can’t complain!
In fact, only about 10 people, of all the people who told me they’d come, didn’t… That’s impressive. My only regret was that I didn’t get to spend much time with anyone, and didn’t really spend much time meeting new people either. I was far too busy dealing with the little things, like collecting the token cash to cover (almost) the 3 kegs that we got, or refilling the snacks, or dealing with a missing cosmetic bag (who steals a cosmetic bag??)… I don’t mind playing the role of host, but it would have been nice to have a few extra minutes to just sit and truly enjoy my friends who came by. Oh well — I had an awesome time nonetheless!
I hope all you guys that made it enjoyed yourself! I’m still flabbergasted that I could barely move outside from all the people… Good times!
Okay, I’m tired of trying to clean up this incredible mess! We’ll have to rent a steam cleaner in the next few days… My carpets are beyond help.
And — I’ll post pictures of the awesome time we all had in the next day or two!

What a nifty cool party!!! That was the best… and a perfect evening out for the fall. Congratulations on securing your position in the vancouver party scene…. now that you are going to be invited to all the cool parties…. consider me as your date… if Corree should somehow… not be able to make it.

hello Lady…sorry we didn’t make it. The b*$%h was up to her usual self and decided to “hide” the little one from pick up. (Even had a sitter waiting) So after the wild goose chase we decided on a quieter evening. Didn’t want to bring anyone down. Glad your party was a success! Let me know when you are free, I sure could use an ear!

Now if it wasn’t for my unfortunate “incident” with too many vodkas in too short a time span, it would heave (sic) been perfect!
