Fall blahs…
I’ve been feeling kind of down the last few days.
I know it’s because my hormones are screwed — I haven’t had my depo shot, and I’m three weeks past when I should have gotten it. I just can’t be bothered. By not getting it, I am pretty much nixxing any opportunity I have to be a dumbass — I’m always safe with sex, but I don’t engage in any type of intimacy unless I have a really solid method of birth control to ensure there are no issues later. Condoms aren’t a solid method. They are a mandatory necessity, but they aren’t birth control.
Wow. Aren’t you glad you just read that little tidbit? Geesh. Oh well… I don’t care. I’m pretty open about my life, so why not talk about that aspect, too?

Whatever’s been going around, I caught it 2 hours after getting back from South America. Cough Hack Ick. I sound like an old man on a ventilator. Blargh.

I’m in sortof the same boat – only because last time I went in, the doctor had a bit of a twitch, and managed to squirt 10% of the stuff all over the table before he came to his senses. He claims I should just have to go in a few weeks earlier for the next one – but I’m not convinced.
It’s a good thing I didn’t have any hanky panky planned for the next while!
