Horrifying…
Our problems in Canada are truly small, on the most part, considering what others in the world are faced with. With more than 60,000 confirmed dead due to the recent quake and resulting tsunami, this can only be labelled purely devastating.
I wish I could do more, but at least I can help out in a small way, financially. We obviously can’t bring back the dead, but now the true threat to the survivors is disease due to polluted water and destroyed sewage treatment systems. Giving a token of help could truly save lives.
How absolutely awful. No words can really express how horrific this must be for the people who’ve lost their entire families. I can’t even wrap my head around that number of dead.
