Introspection is good, mkay?
I’ve definitely had a weekend that has made me think.
And, think plenty.
Friday night was fun heading out to paint the town red with Jen, Courtney, Chelsea (and Vern for a little while — At least, until he left, anyhow). Had I not ‘enjoyed’ so much wine later in the evening at Sonar, I definitely wouldn’t have had the experience I did early Saturday morning. All I can say is that this experience was extremely unexpected, and has since caused me to rethink many things. I’m not ready to share details here, however what I will say is that this event precipitated a weekend full of introspection — Everything I thought I’d figured out with my personal life has been re-visited, and reconsidered.
Weekends like this need to be experienced. Unless you have a ‘shake-up’ every once in a while, you don’t truly take stock in what’s important, and what you value.
