Apparently 2 hours sleep doesn’t cut it
You know that feeling when your world buzzes around you? Everything feels a bit surreal, and a tad off kilter? That’s me today.
I finally got to sleep at 5:15am or so, only to have to be OUT of bed by 8:00am — The human body really needs more rest than that. Unfortunately, I have 2 more days of this, and then an afternoon on Sunday to catch up. Yay for that! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. I definitely got a lot done last night, which is wonderful.
I think I’ll go and float off to lunch now.

You are truly psycho. I don’t know how you function on two hours of sleep. I don’t think I could actually do it.
Hmmm… remind me to not be in your boat on Saturday. I bet sleep deprivation increases the risk of flipping.
Buzzzzz….
It’s actually quite euphoric, once you get past the initial lethargic feeling. You kinda float, and giggle at the most ridiculous of things.
I highly recommend it.
…And, ask around — My best rowing days are the days I’ve had zero sleep and am completely hung over. I think it has to do with the relaxation of it. Yer missing out
Well then, sign me up. Just make sure my extra dry sweater is handy in the shell bay. Bahahah.
I’ve heard eating lots of gyoza can help keep you awake….
