42″ of Plasma Goodness!

Hehehehehehheheheheheh!!

I’m loving the new tv, especially watching DVD input. I’m so pleased that the plasma even has a direct computer input so I can have a freekin 42″ monitor for my multimedia centre that Jer and I are building. New toys are soooo much fun!

    Nice, very nice.

Isn’t it amazing how much those things have come down in the past few years?

No kidding!! It was completely out of my reach, even at Christmas — It’s half the price now.

You mean you already have it? That was uberfast purchasing.

How do you like the Costco plasma now that you have had it for a while. I was thinking about getting onne. How is with Digital cable 4:3 TV “stretched” to fit? Larry

  • NetChick says:

    Hi Larry!

I love my new 42″ plasma — What a bargain, and I love how bright it is at all angles. Analog cable doesn’t look all that great, though — So, if you are primarily watching the lower end channels that aren’t digital, I would recommend something that won’t accent the garbage in the signal. I watch cable tv in ‘panarama’ setting which is easily overlooked once you get used to it — It doesn’t look that streched, and it zooms in a bit as well so as to reduce the stretch too.
