Experience the wonderful world of rowing the annual VRC Friends & Family Row! (I consider all that read this blog, friends… Read on!)
Date: Saturday, April 2nd, 2005
Time: 2-5pm
Cost: A mere $10 per person
Where: Vancouver Rowing Club, Stanley Park
Includes: Tour of shell-bay, erg demonstration, rowing instructions, on-water rowing (in large boats with VRC members who know what they’re doing so no one will go swimming) and BBQ meal!

We only have F&F Rows once a year, but we do have Learn to Row programs that are a month long — You should give that a try!
