T-Minus FIVE HOURS!
Wahooooo! Today’s the day! I’m so looking forward to leaving on that jet plane! Five days of silliness with Sandi is just exactly what I need right now. Bring it on!
Pedicures with Sandi last night was a blast — We went to the Century Plaza at Absolute Spa there, and yacked while our technicians played with our feet. I have to say, my tech was much more pleasant than Sandi’s who seemed to be completely incompetent — Sandi finally had to ask her to stop messing with her cuticles. Still a great time though.
We rounded out the evening with dinner at Topanga’s which was completely delicious! What a great little mexican restaurant… I can’t believe I’d never heard of it. It was definitely worth the 30 minute wait for a table!
Argh, look at the time! I need to go and finish packing!
