Is it Friday yet?

Happy HALLOWEEN! I had a really good weekend, but now I’m so tired that I need another one to recover! I’m currently clutching a quadruple non-fat, no-whip, grande mocha in my hand while typing this and hoping that the caffeine will kick in soon — This is going to be a very busy week coming up for me and just thinking about it exhausts me!

Thanks to Todd and Diane for putting on the 4th Annual Halloween party… I had a great time! That food spread that you put out Di was too yummy!

What did everyone else get up to this Halloween weekend?

    Hmmm. let’s see.

    - Did some bike riding with some cool people. :)
    - went for a lovely brunch at Aurora Bistro on Sunday
    - waffled about going to Ikea, decided I had enough tea lights so I went to Costco instead for a monster chunk of cheese and the ultimate Matrix box set(10 DVD’s!)
    - went to the Metric show at the Commodore, great show, they rocked. Too bad about the opening bands though.. .they weren’t so good.

Ooops! I forgot to add in the awesome breakfast at the Flying Swan on Saturday morning, and the great ride you suggested that afternoon! T’was a perfect day for it, too!

Sounds like you had an incredibly good weekend, too! Glad the concert lived up to expectations! I’m missing Costco badly. I really need to rent a car and do a TON of shopping, soon.

I too, had a good breakfast company on Saturday.

Made up for being abandoned in New West on Saturday night, by going to the new Wallace & Gromit movie last night.

    Good times!

You weren’t abandoned! I left at close to 11, and you seemed to be having a great conversation with someone else by the time I decided to head out… Sheesh.

  • Jason says:

Oh come on, you know I’m kidding. Sheesh.

I’m doing the vampire thing this year. (I’m not dressing up in drag—I’ve heard too many tails hehehe). I’m going to stay home and hand out candy to the local kids. I’m going to be good this year. :D I know—borring, but for me, I’m having fun so far doing this.

    Happy Halloween T,
    Stay Safe!
