A long weekend extravaganza is upon us!
For us Canadians, this weekend is just the break we need at this time of year. Unfortunately, for us Vancouverites, the long weekend should have started next Tuesday when the weather will be nicer. It’s not looking like we’re going to have the sun at all.
I’m really looking forward to this weekend, but some of it can’t be talked about here as it’s a surprise for someone. (Wow, how unspecific is that?) But, in no particular order, just in case by off-chance that person is reading this entry, they won’t have a clue if I’m referring to them, I’m doing the following: Taking my Mom to the Spa/Dinner/Movie that I’d promised for her birthday, going out with the girls for martinis and appetizers at Delilah’s, going out for dinner (or possibly having it made for me), going to a party, and doing a ton of clothes shopping. Somehow, I’ll get a few hours worth of work in there as well.

sleep. I’m freaking exhausted.
Acording to my girlfriend, she’s been having some “interesting” dreams lately and she says she’s going to put me through the wringer this weekend. LOL
With her mood swings, she’ll probably end up knifing me over some imagined slight. Women are so entertaining, Tanya. It’s a durn good thing you’re all so cute and cuddly.
Well, tomorow is Rembrance day, and its a good day to stand for a moment of silence for those who fought in the war. Did you know that Ontario doens’t recognise this day with a day off! So for all those folks in the centre of the earth, smarten up!!
Oh yeah, we might go for a bike ride.
I’m going to sit at home and anxiously wait to hear all about your weekend since your life seems a hell of a lot more interesting than mine…
Long weekend for me, as well. I’m headed to Houston to see the Sweetheart. Job interview Monday.

well…I *was* looking forward to the first snowboard of the year since Cypress is now open!.. but some people may still need to work tomorrow.. poo on them. But hey, sleeping-in after martinis ain’t bad either

I’m fixin’ my roof (from last week’s tree falling excitement) and raking leaves. Lots and lots of leaves!!
This weekend I am going to start tearing down the Ninja. I’ve got to start tinkering with that electrical system.
Oh yeah, I’m working on a new batch of beer. This time it’s going to be a pale ale.
