I found this Secret Santa site through Heather in Jersey rush hour 2 free … Who used it last year with great results! (thanks for the link, Heather!)

The idea of Secret Santa is very simple – you pull a name out of a hat and buy that person a present. Your name is in the hat too, so someone out there will be buying you a present too. End result: everyone gets a present and everyone’s happy!
If you want to be a Secret Santa, all you need is a wishlist at one of the world’s many Amazon stores* and a personal website. First you tell Santa about yourself, then on December 10th we’ll tell you who you’re buying a gift for. Then all you have to do is wait for your gift to arrive by Christmas Day.

I can’t get my head around Christmas this early. Maybe in a few weeks–by which time it’ll be too late. LOL My true strategy revealed!
