Wow! Thanks Michele, for spotlighting my site today! I’m honoured! Welcome to everyone who hasn’t been here before (and to those that have, too!) — It’s great to have you by! I look forward to visiting you all when I have a few spare moments!
Here’s a question of the day for you: If money was no object, and you could have a full week off from work, where would you ideally love to enjoy your Christmas?
My answer? I’d take my family: My parents, my siblings and their children, my ‘somebody special’ and head for a remote cabin in the mountains that would accommodate us all. It’s been a long time since we’ve *all* spent Christmas together — That would be a truly remarkable week. — The memories would last us all a lifetime.
Your turn…

Hi–I would go to Tahiti with my family and best friends
oh, and Michelle sent me;-)
I would go somewhere warm and wonderful, probably in Mexico- and it must have a beach!
Patagonia, for sure
Congratulations on being Michele’s site of the day. She sent me here tonight. To answer your question I would probably just do what I do every year and spend Christmas at my aunts house with my whole family. We haven’t missed a year in my whole life and so I just can’t picture being anywhere else!
So many choices. As much as I love the Islands Christmas needs snow and a nip in the air. Michele sent me.
Hi, T. Congrats on making Michele. My ideal Christmas is to take my family and stay at a cabin next to yours.
Vegas baby Vegas! No, just kidding. Actually I think I’d like to go back to Europe – maybe Germany this time – and live it up for a week in first class hotels, shopping, etc.
Hi, Michele sent me, and wow, what a great question.
My family and I have talked about going to Italy for Christmas more than once, to meet the Italian relatives we’ve only heard about, and have a memorial Mass said for my grandmother, on her home soil.
So I’d do that.
Although, Tahiti does sound nice, too.
I’d grab family members (well, the ones I like!) and friends and head to a private island for some fun in the sun.
A close second would be a week in a remote cabin, at the bottom of a huge ski hill.
Maui, no doubt. Hawaii is georgeous and there are lots of things to do there. And since money is no object I would pay someone to block all UV rays so my niece and nephew could play on the beach all day without their parents freaking out.
And I would have a micro-brew next door so I could have some really delicious beer.
And an M&M factory.
When you need a break from your mountain cabin you can stop by for a visit but you should bring snacks, OK?
oh wow – well done on being featured by Michele! As to where I’d go – probably would take the whole clan somewhere snowy with a big log cabin – Switzerland perhaps?
