What do you leave out for Santa?
Holy big knife, kiddo! Click to watch the 22 second conversation!
First off, I’m at work, and I’m about to call it a day in an hour… I just can’t be creative on 2 hours sleep. I’ll have to finish this project off when I return from my vacation. How frustrating! Oh well. I can’t stress about it anymore, as it’s now time to have a much needed break.
Last night, I spent Christmas Eve at my brother’s home, and a funny conversation came up… I was discussing with my Mom and Step Mom what my brother Todd and I used to leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve before trying desperately to fall asleep so we could get to our gifts early Christmas morning. My Step Mom laughed when she heard that we left Santa Whiskey and Coke, and cookies… And of course some carrots for the reindeer.
I was appalled last night, when I learned that my brother was not teaching his daughter our family tradition! Plain old eggnog? No booze? What kinda presents is Santa gonna leave behind with that offering?
Bah! Watch the video, and you’ll see that my neice also thought it was weird to even consider leaving out booze. Kids these days…

Santa doesn’t come to our house, but I do like the idea of whiskey for Santa. He deserves a nice toddy after such a long night’s work.
Michele sent me.
He he… Whiskey and Coke… he he
PS,
my system keeps saying that you have “DMV” file embbed in the microsoft movie and won’t let me open it up? Any idea what that is all about? New codec perhaps?

Ha! I left out a “Yule Log” from Whole Foods, which is a chocolate cake dressed up to look like a log. Quite delicious!
shortbread and milk. Also a little bowl of BC’s finest in the garage, of course.
I see a family resemblance here, Tanya. What do you think?
As for the tee-totaling aspect, I don’t see a resemblance there.
