Likely our new abode, fingers crossed!
The unit pictured above is very similar to the suite I saw today, and filled out an application for (Michael will see it tomorrow after work, and finalize our decision). The suite I looked at was on the 28th floor (higher than the one in this photo) overlooking both Coal Harbour on the right and English Bay in the distance to the left, and it has 200 sf more than this one -1018 s.f.- And, it’s the first floor with a balcony off the living room, which is certainly an added bonus!
The owner is replacing all the laminate flooring with hardwood in the next few weeks. What I think happened is, as the company that owns this suite is out-of-country, they sent someone in to repair the floors, and that person started sanding the laminate! Uh. Dumbass! Cool for us, though. New hardwood is much nicer than laminate, anyhow!
Whatcha think?

OH yeah – and best of all is the erg in the building’s gym – you have NO excuses now for not doing Andrew’s plan.
The 28th floor? I guess you could look down at the airplanes flying by. Very Nice View–and how much does one of these units set you back?
It’s wonderful! Love the large windows and that view. Very, very nice! Great way to present the slideshow as well. Here via Michele’s today.

Wow, nice digs.
How much? How much?
I imagine (read: know) you’ll be posting as soon as you know if you got it or not.
Lara… Ya, I’ve been spoiled this past year with an erg in mycurrent building, although the readout doesn’t work regularily, it’s still a Concept. Glad to see we can still erg in the new place (provided we actually get it.)
Rog, how much? It’s downtown. It’s not cheap. But, it’s a better deal than most with that square footage down here!
That’s not an answer!
Email me if you don’t want to post. I REALLY want to know so I can get an idea of downtown prices vs where I am.
