Follow up with yesterday’s post, and a new feature!
Well, it’s a done deal! Michael and I went down to Future Shop (yes, sorry Al, I was going insane and wanted a bit of an impulse buy) and after listening to a few systems, I bought a Sony home theatre system that takes up very little room, has no rear speakers to deal with, and sounds damned good for the grand I spent. We also picked up “The Incredibles” and “High Fidelity” to break in the new system with — It was a fun night!
We capped off the evening with a few rounds of “You Don’t Know Jack” vs. 5. That was a ton of fun, and although I got my pants literally beaten off me, we both won a few games.
Michael and I also came up with a new blogging feature! Once a week, we’re going to randomly pick a subject line for inspiration, and we’re both going to blog on the topic, without reading the other’s post first. We used to play You Don’t Know Jack ! Lots of fun, although I think the last version we owned was 2! Michele sent me.

Hey, do you or any of your friends might have a VCR that they are gettin rid of that we can give to mom? I accidently pulled the cable wire out of her TV, and it has rendered it almost useless.
