Can you believe my luck?
Now I’ve got strep. Un-freekin-believable…
Thankfully, I’m able to work today — Although, I’m working from home so that I don’t spread this awful illness to anyone else in the office. I’m actually feeling a lot better than last night, when I had a fever (and I felt freezing even though it was a sauna in the bedroom) and my throat felt like someone had taken a rasp to it.
I just need a few days! A few days of feeling well will get my immune system back to where it should be, so that I can fight all this sickness around me with a healthy body! It’s just bad luck: I take all the preventative measures I can to become and stay healthy, like washing my hands all the time, taking supplements and vitamins, maintaining a pretty good diet. I’d be maintaining an exercise routine as well, but crap, I’ve got no energy with being so sick for the last few weeks.
Hopefully this will be the end of it! I’m thankful that this seems to be a short-lasting sickness, anyhow! Bring on the euphoria and good times I feel when I’m a healthy, happy Tanya! I can’t wait…

Drink fluids and gargle with warm salt water. Feel much better soon!
Tanya, I feel for you. I’ve been sick on and off since Feb ( had strep too ) and now back on ATB’s for a chest infection. Daniel is getting it too. Terrible cough. THis sucks! eh? I did try taking that stuff called emergen “C”. It’s a high dose vit C powder that you drink in water. I’m not sure if it worked or not, but I felt better taking it. I think I should take another one today. Get well soon my friend. Lots of rest if you can. take care
