Awesome weekend!

Wow, we needed that!

We had a fantastic weekend… Worked some, partied some, walked some, read some, relaxed some. Perfect! The condo was sweltering, but we managed to survive it — Thankfully the wind kicked up enough yesterday to cool us down to a reasonable level.

Last night’s walk to Lost Lagoon was beautiful. On our way home, the lighting was amazing, and we both got some shots on the cameras that M hauled along for the outing. I can’t wait to see how they turned out.

I hope everyone else had a great weekend, too! Now, I’m on to an extremely busy work-week… Bring it on, I’m ready!

I had a great weekend too. Made the decision that as soon as I finish this project I’m involved in, I’m resigning. Life is too short to work with incompetent management who don’t respect their employees. Besides, I have a few months worth of living in cash stashed away so I can take the rest of the summer off and September before thinking about looking for work. :D

Oh, had a great time camping and exploring the Princeton area. 40C in the shade on Saturday, LOVED IT!!! spent lots of time riding the side roads and taking swimming breaks in the Tulameen river.

Hey Dave! I’ve never seen that show — I’ll have to check it out. I’ve Googled it to reveal some of the basics of the premise! …And, you are right! I believe this is the most spectacular city on the planet. I feel very lucky to live here!

Al — Wow… That must be very liberating. How awesome will that be for you. I know you’ll find something perfect for your skillset when you get back to the working world after a much-needed break. Enjoy it while you can, and don’t forget your friends — We’ll live vicariously through your freedom for a while!

I watched Rachel Ray’s Vancouver episode last night so I feel so in-tune with your city. LOL

That was such a silly show. Seemed like a video from the Chamber of Commerce with a Food Network voice-over added on. However it sure did show what a beautiful area you live in, Tan.
