Is it working? Is it really, really working?
Okay, I’ve finally gotten the files updated, slaved through three upgrades in order to get the old b2 tables (with some manual help from me) to be recognized by WordPress 2.0.4! And, since you are seeing this (granted, with a horrid template) it’s been done! …And, it’s working! Yay!
Tonight was awesome! I enjoyed my first ever kyaking experience! (Jeez, did I spell that right?) There was 6 of us out to enjoy English Bay and the surrounding beaches while the sun slowly crept towards the horizon… And one of us (not me) even went for a swim — Not on purpose of course! What a great time! I haven’t been terribly active lately, and it was exhilerating to feel the rush of adrenaline as my arms were getting weak for the last 15 minute push towards shore.Â
The water was really spectacular, and we even survived getting stuck in the middle of a yachting regatta! Ooops. Talk about eye of the storm when we were right in the middle of the race. It didn’t look that organized from the position we were watching the sails from, but as we approached, it soon became clear that it was indeed a race, and our piddly kyacks were being completely disregarded as we nearly got run over several times.
And now, this weary chick needs to go to bed. I’ve got a very handsome guy waiting patiently to read to me!

hey – I love your blog and always click on your blog links to read everyone else’s. Are you going to put the list back up??
Now you need to get your old theme back on-line with Word-Press. Most of your CSS, header.PHP, Footer.PHP and Comment.PHP should already be straight forward to conversion. Just divide up your old B2 index.PHP into the main WP theme components and you should have your old look back.
This is just damn freaky seeing the Kubrick Word Press theme here! Its going to take some getting used to.
