There's good news and bad news.

The bad news:  It’s been a crazy, busy, stressful time for me (mostly work-related) and every moment of every day is a bit of a struggle in one way or another.  So much so, that I’ve had not much time for myself these past several days.  My life seems to be consumed by work-related challenges.

The good news:

I’m coping better.  Or, at least I think I am.  Michael, as always, is my shining light… And, I can’t wait for a time in the near future when life can just get back to normal (whatever normal actually is?)

Quick, someone tell me a joke or something…

And when are you NOT crazy busy at work??!?! Too many of your posts start like “It’s been really crazy (work related) lately….”

Hope it calms down for ya.

    Joke time:

Q: What does it mean when a man is in your bed gasping for breath and calling your name?

A: You did not hold the pillow down long enough.

I hope the week improves for you, Tan. Work can get overwhelming at times. Here’s a joke:

Father Joseph, a missionary, was touring the African village in which he lived, when suddenly a man came up to him.

“Father Joseph!” the man demanded. “Everyone is black in this village, but my son was recently born white! You are the only white man within 200 miles! Explain yourself!”

Father Joseph sheepishly answered, “Now, uh, don’t judge too harshly,” and pointed towards the goats. “You see, goats are normally white and that one was born black! It’s just one of nature’s mysteries that you have to accept.”

“Oh, I understand, Father Joseph,” the black man said. “I stop talking about the white child, and you stop talking about the black goat, OK?”

Hey guys!! Thanks for the laughs — Certainly much needed today. The jokes were awesome! :)

And, yes, I agree, I too often start my blog entries with “work is crazy busy” or something in that vein, and trust me, things will be changing to bring back the balance in my life. Change is inevitable, and will definitely be a part of my life very shortly. I’m facing it all with a positive outlook, and thinking forward to some great times in the future.
