7 days of unemployment…
…And I now have a new job!
I’m very excited to report that I received a great job offer today, and I accepted! I’m thrilled with the new position, and all the opportunities it provides — And, it’s with a friend, and colleague with whom I’ve worked for a few years on contract. The new company will definitely utilize all my talents, and give me new reasons to extend my current abilities.
A heartfelt thanks to everyone who put out the word, as well as sent opportunities my way!
And now, I’m really looking forward to seeing where this new chapter of my life takes me!
ps: No, I never did ever catch Oprah during my week of unemployment. I’ll have to learn what daytime tv is during the Christmas season, or something.Â

You’re not missing much with daytime TV. 200 Channels and they all suck. No, I’m not a TV watcher, but during my visit with my sister, I did turn on the TV during the day in between swimming in the pool and sleeping in.
I usually ended up hitting the plethora of movie channels she had and watched those instead.
So, email me, tell me where your working!
Congratulation Tanya! This is really good news. With such a strong economy, it would of being weird if you were unemployed for anything long than a couple of weeks.
I guess you can say that your “E.I.” Suntan is over now!
Keep us updated as to how the new employer is: what are they like like, new challenges, etc…?
Congratulations Tanya!
Can’t wait to hear what comes from this new chapter in your life
Way to go, T! That didn’t take long at all.
Soon enough you’ll be looking back going “Why didn’t I take some more time off?!?!”
Nice work! That’s totally awesome!
WAHOO!!! Good for you lady!

Congrats! That’s awesome!
Shanks guys! Change is good! I start tomorrow!
Yay for no daytime TV! I knew you’d find exactly what you wanted, my talented and gorgeous one. They’ll love having you on board!
That’s really great congrats!!
Congratulations, Tanya. Only one week without a job. That’s amazing and speaks highly of your job skills and contacts.
