It’s a beautiful day in the neighbourhood!

Happy almost-spring! (at 5:15pm tonight, anyhow)

I’m so happy it’s sunny out this morning! I wish I was out on my non-existent motorcycle… Or, off on the water in a rowing shell. But, alas, I am not. I’m at work, trying desperately to get a project done that was due yesterday. In hindsight, the self-imposed (for the most part) deadline was unrealistic given the complexity of cross-browser support, and dynamic flash development for this site I’m working on for a radio network.

Oh well… The first stage of the site is nearly complete, and I’m looking forward to an easier workload coming up.

Besides, it’s hard to be stressed out when it’s so amazing outside.

Do you have any special plans for spring break? (is it spring break in the states, too?) To be honest, I didn’t even know it was spring break until I heard my niece was heading off to visit her mom in Alberta… I’m so detached!

I’m going on vacation tomorrow to Kelowna for a week! I’ve really been needing this time off! Wish I was going with someone, but any kind of break is better than no break.

    Happy Spring, T!

No spring break for me although I have 7 weeks of vacation starting in May!

    Non-existant motorcycle??? WTF?!?!?!?!

Not detached, just getting old like the rest of us!

The water has been pretty good lately, and the early change in time is great for rower types. Motorbikes are just as much fun as you remember… I was out on mine for a bit today, and it was brilliant.

Richard: Enjoy your time in Kelowna! That’s an awesome experience… Wine visits, I hope?

Patricia! Wow… That’s awesome… Any cool things planned?

Russ: you haven’t been playing along, huh? LOL… Read back.

    Rog: don’t remind me. Please??

Jer: Of course, you have to remind me about the amazing qualities of both the things I miss deeply don’t cha? Nice. ;) Remind me to thank you later. *sigh*

I going to do something different this year. I plan on doing a little volunteering in town and take a professional development course (if I can find a space). Should still have time for R&R though. I still have long weekends in July & August so some fun will be in the cards.
