Ying & Yang
I had a really great weekend! How about you?
Friday night, I headed off to Lorelei’s place in deep, dark White Rock (well, it was actually quite sunny… But holy, I forgot how long it takes to get there!) for a girl’s night in! The evening included yacking (what girls do best), a clothing exchange (who doesn’t like a good clothing exchange?), and general catch-up with several gals I hadn’t seen in quite a while. It was a really great time.
Saturday, phew… What a busy day! I was running errands, heading out to breakfast with friends, shopping for stuff I really needed (not clothes), headed out for a very nice dinner with friends, and then caught up with Vern and Steve, whereby I was convinced to head out clubbing with them until the wee hours of the morning. Sadly, I wasn’t dressed for clubbing… *sigh* I was dressed for a nice dinner out, but it was a fun time anyhow.
Sunday morning… Another breakfast (this time with Vern and Steve — One of whom was quite hung over from all the martinis the night before, and you can guess which one!), more running around, work, and dinner out with another friend I hadn’t seen in a long time — I really enjoyed catching up with him, and hope that we can do it far more often!
This morning, I took several hours off of work to go and take care of something I needed to — More on my Facebook notes later tonight about that… Not the kind of update I want to share here, sorry!
The last few days have been mostly great, but there were a few reminders thrown in there for good measure that I really need to grab a hold of my life and truly live it. Although I love my life, and the awesome people around me, I feel like something is missing.
I guess I need to figure out what that is.

I yacked when I was in Vegas. It wasnt as pleasant as you make it out to be.
Sounds like a fun weekend. I spent my weekend resting, trying to heal my back from an accident.
