The first 'Third Tuesday' gathering happens tonight!
For the past year, Third Tuesday/Third Monday have provided the social media community in Toronto and Ottawa with a monthly opportunity to gather, hear from great speakers and talk about new developments in social media and social software, and meet like-minded people in a relaxed environment.
Tonight, we’re having our first Third Tuesday event in Vancouver! For this inaugural night, it will be less a “real” Third Tuesday meetup and more a get-to-know-you session, since we’ve organized this on fairly short notice. We’re also wanting to try out our first venue to see if it’s a good fit for more of our organized monthly events.

Gah, wish I could. Tonight is my sister’s going-away dinner though – she’s headed back to university in Ontario tomorrow morning so we gotta send her out in style! Next time I’ll try to be there though.
