Want to live in a super-deluxe Coal Harbour condo?
On top of everything else happening lately, I got confirmation last night that Tyler is moving out for January 1st and although I originally thought I’d like the 2.5 bedrooms to myself, upon reflection, I’ve decided that it’s not fiscally responsible to go without a roommate as I did for the months before Tyler moved in.
Also, quite honestly, I actually prefer to live with someone else. Coming home each night to an empty home is kind of depressing when you are single. It’s also nice to have someone to do spontaneous things with from time to time (not that I ever have with Tyler… Although I’ve tried).
So, I’m officially looking for a really cool roommate!
Here’s a little about the place for friends who want to pass it along to anyone looking:
- download Duma dvd
- – There’s 1.5 bedrooms that are unfurnished (both with windows) and available for Jan. or Feb. 1st
- – It’ll be month to month (although, I’d prefer someone stay several months if possible)
- – The place is only 9 years old, and has floor to ceiling windows throughout
- – There’s a full separate bathroom for a roommate which I don’t use (other than the occasional guest)
- – The place is 1080 s.f. and completely furnished with newer furniture, and a 52″ tv
- – It’s on the 28th floor with a 200 s.f. balcony overlooking Coal Harbour and English Bay
- – It’s a block from Robson Street, and four blocks from the water
- – In-suite washer/dryer, as well as all the other appliances
- – 24 hour concierge
- – Media room downstairs, gym downstairs
- – Blocks from Stanley Park
I’m looking for a roommate (male or female, although I prefer female) that is friendly, clean (I’m not spotless, but I do like a clean and organized place), works outside the home, and doesn’t mind a few get-togethers from time-to-time. No smokers, or constant partiers, please.
Drop me an email
, or comment if you know someone looking to live downtown!
Obsessed dvd I’d be happy to discuss details with anyone interested in this sharing opportunity.

Wow! That place sounds great, Tan. I hope you can find someone to share the place with you. I’d volunteer but I know quite well that I’d never trust myself in that situation.
Heheh… You always kill me, Dave! It sounds like I’ve got a pretty solid choice — A friend who I’ve known for quite a while (and who shares a lot of common interests) is considering the place. We’re actually going on a trial get-away next weekend to see how things go over a weekend!
