It's the SPOOKY MID-WEEK Socializing Game!
Hey guys! It’s that time of the week, again… Time to socialize on the fly! (And, I’ll have one of those shots in the photo, please!)
Here’s how it works: I’ll start with a question, and the first person answers my question, and then asks a different question for the next person in the same comment.
I’ll start!
Are you doing anything fun for Halloween?

A. Just taking it easy tonight, maybe watch a scary movie on AMC (as long as it isn’t hellraiser again….).
Q. Have you ever played any “tricks/pranks” on anyone for halloween (ala mischief night)?
A. I have played many tricks.
My father hates spiders and I would often put fake spiders on top of a door and tie them up to the ceiling with some string. When he opened the door – down comes the spider dangling in front of his face – and out came the screams.
Is that bad?
Q. What is the weirdest costume you have ever worn on Halloween?
Welcome, Gary!
A: heehhe… I went as afraid not once. (Get it? “I’m a frayed knot”) — Used potato sacks and tied it at the top with frays… LOL! Okay, it was funnier in person.
Q: What’s your favourite Halloween Candy? Do you go out and buy it in bulk even if you don’t have kids coming to your door?
A: my fave candy is definitely Laffy Taffy- omg it tastes like fruity martinis. especially the apple ones. making my mouth water right this moment! and i like the corny kid jokes on the packages. and i do buy it when i see it- it’s kinda hard to find sometimes!
Q: do you prefer to make your own or buy ready-made halloween costumes?
A: In the past I’ve made my own (mummy, werewolf, etc) but this year, for the first time actually, I purchased a costume. Jailbird. My date for the evening is dressed as a policewoman. Complete with fishnet stockings and handcuffs.
I need a moment… OK.
Q: Halloween… Demonic or Whimsical?
A: Whimsical, all the way! It’s a time to “be someone else” for a day, and have fun doing it.
(ps: Russ, sounds like fun costumes — great date! lol!)
Q: Are you going to overdose on chocolate over the next few days? (I’m not — I’m on a crash diet for the cruise, sadly!)
Nope but I’ll probably overdose on caffine…
Q: What a good theme song for Halloween?
A: I’ll have to go with the standard… “Thriller” by Michael Jackson? I know… boring!!
Q: Did you go to high school dances when you were growing up? Did you enjoy them?
A. Not high school – junior high. I kind of enjoyed them. That the boys were stuck to the wall, and that I danced badly and in front of the speakers/band, was just sad.
B. Truth or dare?
A. Dare.
Q. How often do you get sick every year?
About 3 times year with a serious cold plus a number of days when I am just trashed – utterly exhausted and am good for nothing.
Do you do ‘remember’ on Nov 11th, or enjoy a long sleep-in with a lazy day?
