I’ve worked in hotels and have seen this. Usually we all took turns spitting into the glasses first though…
Oh, and if this grosses you out, never use the small coffee makers either then. One word… urine.
That’s pretty gross. I guess I’ll have to start bringing my own glass to hotels.

eeew! bottled water it is! and hey i saw a goodie- never drink out of public drinking fountains- I saw a guy scraping doggie doo off his shoe using the fountain part on one and trying to get the water to wash his shoe off. grim!!
from now on, i will crack all the glassware so it has to be replaced. That will show them…
