A: Oh man, I sure hope not! I decided to dip my toe back into the deep end tonight, and unhide my profile (while re-writing it, too) I’ve been out of the dating scene since the end of October, other than 1 date with someone I didn’t meet through online dating. I’m hoping that this time will be different, and yield different results, too. I’m doing things a bit differently, so we’ll see.
(Raul, I’ll hit your site tomorrow! …I’ve gotta get to bed — Long day tomorrow ahead, including banking appts in the afternoon)
Q: What bank do you use for your main account? Do you like your bank? (I just switched a couple of days ago!)
I’m with Royal – only until my student loans are paid off and then I’ll switch to a credit union or TD which has always been really good to me despite my never having a full blown account there.
Q. What is your ring tone?
A: My ringtone is Stephen Colbert saying “Your phone is ringing! Your phone is ringing!”
(As an aside: Lara, I also have student loans with the Royal, but I switched to using Vancity as my main account… the Royal one just gets enough money to feed the student loan repayment demon every month… it helps to keep it out of site, out of mind).
Q: What are you listening to *right now*?
A: The amazing sound of silence. I love the quiet that I have at home, when I’m alone (err, often, these days) it’s really relaxing. When I’m working, I love to listen to the likes of U2, or Paul Oakenfold… etc.
Q: What are you most looking forward to, this weekend? (me? I’m working… Have a client to visit in WA state with M.)
I’m looking forward to having a wee bit of time to read in between bouts of errands and training. There’s not been enough time for that lately.
