I'm a very bad blogger…
Man, I’m sorry guys. I really wanted to do a whole lot more blogging these past several days, but I’ve been hit with the plague.
It’s not been fun. And, consequently, I haven’t really felt like writing.
Plus, I’ve been dealing with some personal stuff that I just can’t discuss here — The material would cross the line in so many ways, that I can’t even hint about the issues I’ve faced this past week.
So, the filter has been in place.
But, I’m over it. People suck sometimes. ‘Nuff said. Now I just wish this sickness would dissipate. Because, I’m definitely tired of being sick. The illness, combined with the personal crap, caused me to be uncharacteristically unsocial at Gnomedex (puking kinda does that, I guess). Which was really too bad, because I was so looking forward to meeting many more people than I did.
Oh well. I had a ton of fun at the conference, despite it all. That’s saying something!
I hope you guys had a fantastic week while I was mentally absent! I missed you all…

Maybe it’s something in the air, but over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been on the receiving end of an inordinate amount of mean-spiritedness as well. I hope it isn’t a trend, because that would truly bum me out.
I was soooooo tempted to blog about it, but ultimately held back because I didn’t want to give those who suck any more validation of their behavior. Better to let them fester in silence. I’m hopeful that the good souls will once again emerge.

people indeed do suck, as I discovered, yet again on tuesday evening. it’s amazing what you can learn about a person’s true colours.
