Brew 2.0 & the winner…
Last night, I was one of 35 local bloggers invited to celebrate one of Canada’s oldest companies Fanboys movie download … Molson Brewery. In Canada for 222 years, and brewing in Vancouver for 50, we were invited down to enjoy some of their fine brew, and tour the facility… It was a fabulous night. I think BREW 2.0 was a fantastic way to get some buzz going for a Canadian tradition, and having Geoff Molson (John Molson’s great-great-great-great-grandson) there to tell the story really made it an authentic experience.
Oh, and having Gord Rickards, creator of Rickard’s Red, pulling drafts and giving a personal tour of the brewery… That was pretty darn cool, too!
It was really great to share the night with so many cool people that I’ve met through blogging — In fact, I knew most of the invited. We all had a great time! Thanks to Hill & Knowlton Niagara movie for allowing me to be a part of this event!
