Woohoo, look what's nearly here!
I’m a *big, big fan of “Dr. Who” (the series that came back in 2005 – I haven’t seen the original series), and I’ve been patiently waiting for quite a while for the new season to start… And, it will be in a few short weeks! YAY!
Unfortunately, this will be David Tennant’s last season as the Doctor (which is sad, but every time I watch him, I think it’s Vern, so maybe a new actor/character change would be good). I think it’s rather ingenious how the Dr. Who plot allows for new leading actors to take over the Doctor role.
Who else enjoys the “Dr. Who” series, or the spinoff of it, “Torchwood”?

Vern as Doctor Who? and here I thought he was that guy on the reality show “What Not to Wear”…..
I’m interested to see how it’s going to play out – I kinda loved David Tennant as the Doctor.
And yes, guilty on Torchwood too…

Oh I love both Doctor Who and Torchwood. I’m not sure how both shows will fare now that Russell Davis is no longer writing the shows. I’ve heard that Torchwood is going to be me “PG” rated and thus will loose it’s edge.
I have enjoyed this new version of Doctor Who and hopefully they will continue to produce great seasons, though I’ve also heard that won’t be until 2010. We’ll have to see a couple of Doctor Who movies first.

Your going to love this season, except for maybe two episodes in the middle I wasn’t crazy about. The season finale actually works out to be three episodes which all work into the final plot which I will not mention except that they are a MUST SEE! I saw the whole season on the Internet last week – WOW! Enjoy it!
