I was briefly on a dating website and just as quickly got the heck off there, for the creepy men that were responding. I then decided to take a sabbatical from my usual circle of friends (no new dating opportunities there, or with their friends), with of course letting them know why I was taking a break. And I decided to go out, take courses, join clubs, get into sports (slo pitch though I am really bad at baseball - there is always after game beers!) and met the love of my life that way.
