Coaching call: Targeting action
I had another great call with my personal coach, Jennifer Priest The Conqueror release effexor physiological effects
This time, we talked about specific goals I had for my future, and how each of the possibilities made me feel. I can’t underline this enough… During each of these calls, I’ve ascertained specific issues I’m working towards that either elicit positive feelings, or negative ones. There’s no in-between, I’ve found — Very few things in my life educe a benign emotion in me.
One of Jennifer’s many talents in coaching is her ability to get to the heart of the issue fairly quickly with a few pointed questions. She inspires me to really look at issues from all angles, rather than simply head-on where I’ve been looking previously on my own, and feeling frustrated because I wasn’t finding the answers.
Jennifer then empowers me to target the action steps needed to move forward. She “un-sticks” me, in a manner of speaking.
Once again… exploring the opportunities with Jennifer has lead me to realize that status quo is not going to get me to where I need to be, and I’m now aware of the next steps I need to take to make some changes.
Check back in about a week for the next installment! buspar

I need a personal coach. And a personal assistant, too.

Thomas’s last blog post was… I got my first kiss at Camp Chateaugay. I was 16.
I worked with a spiritual director in vancouver for a number of years and it is some of the best money I’ve spent. Having someone objective who can come alongside you and open up options that help you move forward – a wonderful resource. Happy for you that you’ve found someone who works well with you.
