The home hunt, part 1 – The professionals

.!.

Escape from New York Young, Single & Angry dvdrip

I haven’t even started seeing places yet, but I’ve got a great team of professionals in place, looking out for me.

It’s awesome that they are also good friends…

Chris LeMay (follow him on Twitter: @chrislemay ) is my mortgage broker — And, he’s working hard to find the best deal, while ensuring that the mortgage product I go with works for me. I’ve elected to go with a no-frills mortgage, because as a single girl, it’s unlikely that I’ll be putting a ton extra down on my monthly payments. Keep in mind I’m buying the most I can afford, while taking RRSPs out to ensure I’ve got as much as I can for a down-payment. In Canada, you can take out $25K per person from your RSP contributions to buy a home, but you also have to pay that back over the next 15 years.

And MJ Ankenman (follow her on Twitter: @urbanista Show Stoppers download

) is my real estate agent — We’ve been friends for years, and it’s awfully convenient that she lives right across the road from me! (For now, at least!) My first meeting with MJ is this Thursday (although, we did have an informal talk about what I’m looking for during my house party on Saturday).

I feel really comfortable with both my choices!

Check back later for my next installment… hypomania effexor

Godsend movie download

beef cla in levels of nutrient Houseguest psp What I’m looking for, and what the bottom line will be, approximately, for the mortgage.

Just make certain your RRSP’s are eligible to be withdrawn under the Home Buyers Program. You either have to be a first time home buyer, or not have owned a home for more than four years. There’s a couple other wrinkles too. Also, contributions you’ve claimed a deduction for must have been in the RRSP for at least 90 days. Although I’m sure your guy has given you all this info, I just want to make sure you’re protected. I want your home buying experience to be awesome and exciting. ;o)

Hey Charlene! Something messed up with my mySQL database, and it re-published a bunch of posts… This was one of ‘em!

…I’m moving to my new place this Sunday, right after I get back from the cruise! I hope you are doing great — We should catch up when I get back!?
