Brain overload
augmentation katy breast
This whole sleeplessness kick my body has taken me on is getting old, old I say!
The problem is, I can’t stop my mind. There’s so much going on right now, and so much to do… Leading me to feel a sense of extreme overdrive night and day.
But, don’t get me wrong! I’m HAPPY! And, I mean, REALLY happy!
I just wish I could take my head off for a couple of hours… Wouldn’t it be great if you could do that?
See, now? That’s the sleeplessness talking. Don’t mind me — I’ll be over here, talking to myself.

Sometimes being busy can be good, but I totally understand the sleeplessness thing. I really hate it when my mind is working on overtime when I’m trying to get to sleep.
Have you seen the story about the chicken who lived without its head for 18 years? It’s up on Digg right now I believe.

I hope you get some shut eye soon. It can get really trippy.
Take a moment to just stop and breathe and perhaps relax. There’s more to life than all these things. Seriously, health is more important.
Take care.

I went through the same thing over the past few weeks too. My strategy was to focus on one thing at a time and that got me through it.
I have the same fantasy. Wish brain would unplug.
Not that you are looking for advice, but sometimes some a meditation video or CD does wonders to help settle…

Not sure if you are into yoga at all, but I find it a really good way to clear my head. Sometimes just talking an hour away from the world to breath, relax, meditate and just be with yourself can do wonders. There’s a new hot yoga studio in my neck of the woods (maybe it’s a little too far out of your way?) that’s having free yoga classes until Monday (http://www.mokshayogavancouver.com/c-schedule.htm), if you are interested.

It’s called overdrive from being overwhelmed even if it’s filled with happiness… meditation would be the thing to do or try yoga.
How’s the home coming?
