Blogging from the campsite!
Good afternoon from the Cal Chek campground near Whistler! It’s a remarkable day here!
I’m camping with Gus and Russ this weekend… Russ drove up early yesterday afternoon to secure the 3 of us a deluxe spot for both tents beside the river. It’s gorgeous!
This is the first time that I’ve been camping with the boys, and my first clue that gay boys camp differently was when Gus fielded a call from Russ on our evening drive up to meet him requesting that we pick up an extension cord before we arrived… (giggle). Okay, I’ll admit that I came equipped with a ‘Power to Go’ 12V adapter too, but what the heck did he need an extension cord for???
Turns out that Russ wanted to blow up the air mattress with the electric inflation device, within the tent. Ha!
We arrived and I was astounded by the beauty here… It’s a gorgeous spot.
The only issue with the river so close is that the three of us had to forgo late night movies in the tent because it was too loud to hear the sound from my laptop speakers.

BTW…IMHO the best budget red on the planet is “Black Box” Cabernet Sauvignon.

And at Halloween? Look for ‘Vampire.’ No kidding. It’s amazingly good.
Unfortunately, I won’t drink Yellowtail. I would use it to christen a ship, though.
