Thanks for the post. I am a little confused though. My experience (with my non-jailbroken iPhone) is that I can only access Skype Out using wifi. Your post mentions (in point 2) that you should check your cell company's data plan. But if you use wifi this doesn't matter. So I just wanted to say that unless there is something I am missing the FYI on the Skype Out deal in Canada is it's wifi only and your data plan doesn't matter.
