Going down, down, down, down…
I’m down again! I’m actually more than a little surprised at my loss this week — There were a couple of weekend nights out with the girls that should have pushed that number up, some. But, I guess the rest of the week’s diligence made up for the slight excess on the weekend.
Or, maybe it was all the dancing?
I’m still struggling with my workouts. I just hate working out! Additionally, I missed a couple of workouts on the Sports Active last week as I was feeling rather flu-ish for most of the week. But, I made them up today, and man, am I exhausted.
I have to say, though, that the Sports Active 2 is kicking my butt, and keeping me interested (not happy, just interested) in the workouts. Each workout is slightly different, and I can use resistance bands, or dumbbells (I’ve just switched to dumbbells, because it feels like more of a workout).
I’m looking forward to seeing more progress with the workouts — Perhaps once I see my ability to increase my intensity, I’ll enjoy it more. Right now, I just feel like flopping into a pile of sweat after each session.

Awesome to see that you’re making progress. About the only progress that I’ve made is to step on the scale and see that I’ve lost a pound – considering I’ve done nothing to get there, I must have been hungry.
